2. Services

Smart Septic Service provides residential and commercial septic system services including pumping, inspections, repairs, installations, and maintenance plans in Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

3. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our office.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

4. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Annual Plan Subscription

Enrollment in our Annual Plan subscription authorizes Smart Septic Service to schedule and perform routine maintenance visits and pump cycles according to the plan schedule. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current service period. The Annual Plan does not cover repairs, parts, or emergency service calls, though subscribers receive discounted labor rates on such work.

6. Access to Property

By scheduling service, you confirm that you have authority to grant access to the property and that our technicians will have reasonable access to the septic system. Smart Septic Service is not responsible for damage caused by concealed or unmarked systems, inaccessible tanks, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Smart Septic Service's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Van Buren County, Michigan.
