CDL Drivers
Operate our pump trucks and service vehicles across Southwest Michigan. If you hold a valid CDL, take pride in a clean driving record, and like being out in the field instead of behind a desk, we want to meet you.
- Valid CDL required
- Home every night — local routes
- Well-maintained, modern equipment
Excavating Foreman
Lead installation and repair crews on septic system projects from dig to backfill. We're looking for an experienced hand who can run a job site, read a system design, and mentor the crew while keeping work safe and on schedule.
- Excavation & heavy equipment experience
- Crew leadership and job-site ownership
- Septic or site-work background a plus
Technicians
Be the face of Smart Septic on pumping, inspection, and repair calls. We'll train the right person — what matters most is a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and treating every customer's property like your own.
- Will train motivated candidates
- Hands-on, varied daily work
- Room to grow and earn certifications
